ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Telephone Rachel Bamber, Social Services & Admissions Director,
at (860) 774-9050 Ext. 113.

2. Mrs. Bamber will send you an information packet with an application form. You may also download an application form by clicking here

3. Set up an appointment to take a tour of the facilities. Any questions you may have will be answered at this time also.

4. Upon your completion of the application form, you will be put on a waiting list.

5. When a space is available, depending on your standing on the waiting list, you will be offered a placement.

6. You will have two to three days from the time the offer is made to you to complete your move.
