ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Telephone Laurie DesLauriers, Social Services & Admissions Director,
at (860) 774-9050 Ext. 113,
or email ldeslauriers@piercecare.org.
2. Mrs. Bamber will send you an information
packet with an application form. You may also
download an application form by clicking here
3. Set up an appointment to take a tour of the facilities. Any questions you may have will be answered at this time also.
4. Upon your completion of the application form, you will be put on a waiting list.
5. When a space is available, depending on your standing on the waiting list, you will be offered a placement.
6. You will have two to three days from the time the offer is made to you to complete your move.
